Meet Jim Willard

I am a native Montanan, born and raised right here in Helena. I have watched the growth of Helena and know her strengths and opportunities. I have been in the selling field for over 25 years and know what it takes to make and keep customers happy with sales. I have helped numerous businesses thrive through effective advertising campaigns and correct marketing of their products. These are attributes that are easily transferred to the selling and buying of real estate. I joined the experienced and respected team of Brokers First in April of 2005 as a sales associate and currently hold this position. I also currently own and manage an 800 acre cattle leasing operation on the eastern front and a 160 acre timber farm in the Seeley-Swan Valley.

My Education

I graduated from Helena Senior High School in 1970. I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Marketing in 1975 from the University of Montana (go Griz). Graduated from the Connole-Morton School of Real Estate Sales. Attended numerous sales and marketing seminars.
